Spent 1 night here with my kids, had a very good stay overall. Truly enjoyed staying at the guest room with wifi. The most important was the staff - best and highly efficient people. The location offered was magnificent and ideal short walk to the underground that is one stop away from the airport as well as the underground subway station. The service was very good and the food was amazing.

The breakfast was very very good, we would come here again. Stayed here for 1 night with our kids, had a real good stay. The setting was ideal, close enough to the city centre, Hatton Cross tube station and bus station and the flight path. Also, Cranford Country Park was 4 km away from the hotel.

Travelled with my kids, spent 1 night here and had a very good stay. Truly enjoyed the way my queen room with wifi was arranged. I were greeted by best, highly efficient staff. The hotel's location was fantastic, close to Local to Airport and the underground that is one stop away from the airport. Besides, a local nature reserve was 3 km away from the venue.

Extremely convenient and truly exceptional hotel with exceptionally polite staff from The Management through to Housekeeping Staff, liked our staying. The location was unbeatable - near to metro, heathrow---17 stops, and terminal 4 and 5. Furthermore, right across the street from the underground that is one stop away from the airport.
